We work closely with our local council who overview our Pets, Policies & Procedures to ensure all our pets are happy and healthy before they move to their forever homes.

Any pets which shows signs of sickness are moved off shop floor (in an isolated area) for investigation into the cause of the illness and the breeder and vets are informed depending on the nature of the illness.  Where they will be treated back to full health

We can take pets in for rehoming but it is depending on age, available space, health etc. We do not want to see older pets live their last days in a pet shop, so its more likely we will help and advise ways you can safely and fairly pass on the ownership of a pet to someone else. using other methods which would not stress out the pet.
